This may be due to pausing of the class.  Virtual Scheduling and On Demand work in such a way that if a class is paused, even for just a minute, that class will end one minute early.  We advise customers against pausing classes to ensure the class plays to completion.


If you're unsure if the class was paused, please contact support and they will do a check on your playback history.
