"Your Device Is Currently Offline. Your Changes Will Sync When Your Device Comes Back Online."
This error message will appear on the Scheduler when your iPad is offline and out of sync with the Scheduler timetable, meaning any updates you make to the timetable will not reach the App.
To resolve the issue, please bring the iPad back online and run a diagnostics test via the App as follows:
- Unlock the padlock to the top right of the App
- Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Version'
- Tap on 'Run Diagnostic Test'
- Refresh the sync with the Scheduler.
The test will detect any errors and re-establish a connection with the Scheduler.
Never recommend deleting the app. Usually lack of internet access to the iPad is the issue.
