Our Les Mills Virtual Bike content subscription product is under review. We understand that this may cause uncertainty for you, but here’s the information available to help you navigate any questions or technical needs you may have as we continue to evolve our content and platform operations.
1. Is anything changing with my Virtual Bike subscription?
Your current subscription remains active. We’re extending your Virtual Bike content subscription at no additional cost through December 31, 2025. This ensures continued access to our premium workouts while we assess the longer-term outlook for the product.
2. What support is available if I experience hardware issues?
If your Virtual Bike tablet is no longer functioning, please reach out to Giant/Precor customer service, who assumed responsibility for Stages equipment support following the 2024 bankruptcy.
Note: They can assist with hardware functionality only. They cannot assist with tablet malfunction, content delivery, or playback issues. For software-related technical support, contact your local Les Mills representative.
3. What should I do if I’m experiencing issues with content access or delivery?
Les Mills will continue to offer support for your content subscription where possible. However, please be aware that content delivery on aging devices may be impacted by hardware limitations. For technical support related to content, contact your local Les Mills representative.
4. Why are these changes happening?
These updates are part of an ongoing review of the Virtual Bike content subscription product following operational challenges tied to the Stages bankruptcy in 2024 and aging hardware considerations. For now, there will be no changes to the Virtual Bike content solution before the end of 2025.
5. Will I be notified of future changes?
Yes — we will provide further communications once we have a clear outcome of our review.
6. What do I need to do right now?
Nothing is required at this time. Your content subscription remains active through December 31, 2025, at no additional cost.
