Where to see if a customers studio is online

In the below example, the customer has three Virtual studios and they've successfully logged in to all studios as there are devices (ipads) connected. (If the 'Device' column is blank, they have not logged into that studio yet)



Click on the device ID that relates to the studio you want to look at.  If the last online date and time is in the past the studio is offline and out of sync with the Scheduler.  The customer should bring their iPad back online and run a diagnostics to detect any issues
