A manual installation requires a technician to be at the computer and able to operate the Mac using a mouse and keyboard.
Basic steps include:
- Launch a finder window
- Insert the USB drive
- Open the disc image on the USB drive using a password we can supply
- Locate the LM Content directory with the other already installed THE TRIP xx folders
- Copy the folder of files from the USB drive to the Mac computer HDD
- Eject the USB drive when complete and remove
- Quit the finder
- Relaunch the LM Player app to find the updated content
