To assist you further, we need your Virtual Bike Console ID. This ID is located within the admin panel of your Virtual Bike. If you are unsure where to find it, please follow these instructions:
Click HELP at the top right hand corner.

After clicking on ‘Help’ the user is taken to this screen below.
Tapping the bottom left hand corner repeatedly until you are in the admin into Settings. There is no information or contact details on how to renew the subscription within the admin screen.
From there, you will see the bike details.
Please provide us with this Console ID at your earliest convenience so we can proceed with resolving your issue. Thank you for your cooperation.
