Troubleshooting programs that have disappeared from the App or Scheduler

We can see programs that customers have de-selected in the App from within Salesforce.  This is useful if a customer says a program has disappeared and they're unsure why.  From within the account in Salesforce under 'Studios' you click on the black down arrow to the right, then click 'edit'.  From there a box appears with the programs that have been excluded (in the below example, Born to Move).  Any excluded programs will not appear as downloads on the App or be able to be scheduled.  To re-enable the program the customer needs to go to Manage Downloads in the App > Select Programmes and tap the program to make it visible again, then confirm the selection.
