Clubs will often say:
- The Virtual App Scheduler and the Desktop Schedule are not linked. The one on the website is correct
- Our Virtual App Screen in our Studio X has become unregistered and we are unable to sign in
- The Virtual App is not opening/playing, We are unable to delete the app on the iPad. The Virtual App will to open and then minimize on the screen.
- One iPad is logged into the Virtual App, the other iPad will only log into Les Mills through Safari, not the App.
Troubleshooting
If new studios are automatically added when you try to remove a Studio, then this is what needs to happen:
- Uninstall the Virtual App from the device. DO NOT reinstall!!
- Create a case in Salesforce for the SF Ops team to remove all studios and devices. SF Ops team needs to complete this task.
- Access Scheduler and remove all studios, making sure no new studios get added. Let it sync.
- Once everything is 'cleaned', create new studios in Salesforce and reinstall the Virtual App and follow onboarding again.
This will be disruptive for the club, unfortunately, there's no way around it if the device is stuck in a loop and studios get added automatically in Scheduler.
