My App is out of sync with the Scheduler

Any updates applied to the Scheduler can take up to 20 minutes to reach the App, even if the iPad is online and in sync.


If 20 minutes has already passed and the update still hasn't reached the App, run a diagnostics test to detect an issue.

Unlock the padlock to the top right of the App

Navigate to SETTINGS > Version > Run Diagnostics Test


If this passes, ask for the details of the Scheduler update that failed to sync. Check the club schedule via the Master Scheduler login. 


You can also check when the iPad was last online via Salesforce, if the date and time is in the past the iPad is offline and not in sync.  Click on the Device ID associated with the Studio
