I’ve Detected a Release That Doesn’t Play to Completion. How Do I Remove It for Re-Download?
Individual releases can be removed directly from the APP as follows:
- Unlock the padlock to the top right of the APP and enter your admin code
- Navigate to SETTINGS > 'Manage Downloads'
- Scroll to the specific release with the issue under the 'Downloaded' tab
- Click the refresh icon as indicated below
- The release will re-download automatically.
