I've detected a release that doesn't play to completion. How do I remove it for re-download?

Individual releases can be removed directly from the APP as follows:

1. Unlock the padlock to the top right of the APP and enter your admin code

2. Navigate to SETTINGS > 'Manage Downloads'

3. Scroll to the specific release with the issue under the 'Downloaded' tab

4. Click the refresh icon as indicated below

5. The release will re-download automatically.
