How to Run a Diagnostics Test

Please bring the iPad back online and follow the below steps to re-establish a connection with the Scheduler and detect any issues.

  1. Tap the padlock to the top right of the App
  2. Enter your admin code
  3. Navigate to SETTINGS > Version > Run diagnostics
